Maps win't display when zoomed in

I have the same problem. This happens both on an IOS 9 iPad and an IOS 13 iPad.

It seems that the maps are not present anymore.

  Hi,

  as a matter of fact now I can zoom charts with iPAD IOS 9. However I cannot zoom maps with another iPAD with IOS 13.3.

  The product I bought is "Adriatic Sea HD Nautical Chart"

  Wish I would have read this sooner.  Bought it yesterday, fresh download and running IOS 13.3 and can not zoom in.  Seems like much is not going to get done about.  Sent them a Email with pics and software version.  Lets see what happens..

  Same problem here - I used this for years as a free app and it started doing this so I just paid $9.99 - happy to pay for what I used to have but its the same crap - and no answer from them - I've emailed them. This is smelling like an old fashioned rip off -  have you guys heard of a solution - if not we should collectively go after them!!!

  Having the same issue with the new iOS download zoom in and the maps disappear I’m running the iPhone XR and the US GREAT LAKES VERSION

  The same issue... no data when zoom in...paying 16,99€.

  Oh God - it's 2022 and I have the same issue.... but I paid $17.99 for one chart and then another $30.99 for an hd version - none of them will work.

  if there's any help out there I'd be very grateful to know.
